What is a Square head cross-running grinder?

The base of a square head grinder consists of a square gear box. 

Four small discs mount to the gear box, and these smaller discs turn at counter rotate way. The small discs make contact with the floor simultaneously. 

Square head grinder is with one layer gear only, so their flattening is after planetary grinder, but they are more aggressive than planetary grinder. 

Square head grinder can cut deeper, can be used for uneven floor, super hard floor, especially good at 16# and 30# metal diamond grinding.

Guides & Instructions
How to use the hardener and polishing cream
1. Initial grinding with metal diamond #16 or #30, depends on the floor hardness.
2. Fine grinding with metal diamond #80, #150, #300 in steps.
3. Polish the floor with resin polishing pads #50, to repair the polishing scratch of metal diamonds.
4. Spray the hardener, keep the ground moist for 2 hours. If the floor absorbs the hardener quickly, please spray again.
5. Fine polishing the floor with resin polishing pads #150, #300, #500.
6. Super fine polishing with resin polishing pads #1000, #2000, #3000.
7. Spray the polishing cream after the super fine polishing #1000-3000. Apply the polishing cream with a heavy-duty brush broom, so the floor will be covered with the liquid evenly. The thinner the better.
After the polishing cream dry, use C8 high speed burnisher and DT021 black buffing pads to finish final polishing.

A2: For hand push machine is 2-3 weeks, for remote control models usually take 3-4 weeks.

Q4: Do you have any advantages over other suppliers in terms of design?
